I am inspired by young people engaged in entrepreneurship. Most of the challenges that has besieged the world today can be laid at the doorstep of poverty especially in developing economies. If young people can engage their talents, skills, potentials and/or abilities productively, then they can successfully deal their with individual or personal issues thus having a cumulative effect. 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill has been a great inspiration to me ( lees verder)

Speaking out against injustice. Advocacy for less privilege and those who are unable to plead their cause. seeking and reaching out for change is what inspire me. I want to see young adults making an impact in their world. I like to challenge young people to be more aware of the issues that affect them and using appriopriate advocacy skills to seek a change in policies, culture and traditions that help perpetuate these issues. The fact that young people are often jobless, less empowered, less fortunate under most (if not all) circumstances and with this situation they struggle to overcome such difficulties by using the information, experience, skills and opportunities available to them in the right way.
I am also inspired by giving back to the community without reservation, as I feel that the first gift that i can generate from nothing is to be part of a social environment which becomes my community. ( lees verder)
